I have had the Total Property team managing my property for over 10 years Gai has been such an asset to my success. Through the decade aspects have changed but Gai remains so fair to tenant & landlord which I love. The team is always available to discuss my questions & give advice to benefit all concern. I have been a tenant in two properties managed by Gai and I would actively try to seek one of her managed properties again! We have always found the team supportive, efficient, communicate effectively and respectfully and work fairly for the tenant and owner. By far the best property management team I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve rented all over the world and country. Nothing is too much trouble and feel like we are dealing with friends and family! I could not recommend this team enough!
