We had Kyle and his offsider come and replace all our plumbing to each and every tap in the house, from the main line in the ceiling down to the taps. We are very happy with the quality of work and now sleep confidently knowing that we will have no more leaks. Fortunately I could replace and repair the Gyprock to keep the cost down. Have engaged Top to Bottom Plumbing on two occasions on a do and charge basis. They came within 24hrs. The work was carried out efficiently and in a Tradesmen like manner. I was pleased with the cost on both occasions. No signs of a rip off element. I would not go past Top to Bottom Plumbing. I got a price for the first job from a local competitor and they attempted to rip me off. Quoted $1200 to replace a isolation valves in the ceiling. Employed Top To Bottom. Price $380. Says it all.
Very impressed with the entire process from calling to book, friendly staff and the promptness and communication of arrival of the boys on the day. They were professional, clean and communicated so well the whole time and explained everything simply and in plain talk. Price is absolutely reasonable for the level of service received.
