It is a pleasure to write a review of this practice. I am being treated by Florian Mack and not only is he a highly qualified professional he is a caring person who listens to his patients. He gives clear details and explanations at all stages of the treatment. I am so thankful I was referred to him I am also impressed with the office staff too. They are 'on the ball'! I was referred to Dr Prof Florian Mack from Smiles Dentistry as I have not been the most diligent of individuals when It came to caring for my teeth that at 72 years old, I have lost all of the upper teeth & reduced to 4 teeth of the lower gums, so bad that I can only eat very soft or run food through a blender & basically left to drinking my food as I cannot chew anything. I have suffered migraines for over a decade and am so thankful my regular dentist referred me to Dr Mack as he has changed my life. He was able to identify a problem that had never been found previously in all my attempts to get diagnosed, walked me through the whole process explaining thoroughly along the way, and listened to me. I now have next to no pain which is incredible and will be forever thankful.
I have been dealing with Andrew, Brooke and Vasilios, whilst getting my implants, and new dentures. I have never had a set that fit so well and look fantastic. I am forever thankful. So highly recommended
