I had a great experience at Toowoomba Medical & Dental Centre. The reception team were friendly, attentive and made the check-in process very smooth. I saw Dr. Saima Husain and was really pleased with the level of care she provided. She took the time to understand my concerns, explained everything in a clear way and made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s reassuring to find a GP who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ll definitely continue coming here and highly recommend Dr. Saima Husain to others.

Best experience I have had with a blood test! Went in this morning to get a blood test regarding my 6 month check up after surgery. Amanda at pathology was kind, understanding and educating. She was great! She was so reassuring, and stepped me through each step. She did an amazing job, not only as a pathologist but also as a human! Thank you Amanda!
It was my wife’s first visit with Dr Saima Husain, and we were both very impressed with the Doctor. We went in together, and I truly appreciate the way she took care of my wife with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Dr Saima listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely comfortable. It’s rare to meet a doctor who combines great medical knowledge with genuine compassion. We’re very grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring GP.
Disappointing that I have to review again, but nothing can change if it isn’t brought to attention. I booked a Tele health appointment with Dr Thanh Dang for yesterday. When I hadn’t received a call by 1hr 20 minutes after the scheduled time, I called reception- to which I was informed that the Dr had on file that he tried to call (incorrect, I have my call log).
