Excellent clinic! We were seen quickly, Dr was very thorough and even called me with the test results. Reception was very friendly and helpful. I can’t fault my experience and will be making this my main clinic.

Absolutely lovely staff. Very friendly. They treat you well. Don't have to wait long at all. One big draw back though, is terrible parking. Very limited spots available. Usually full. Have to drive round the block a few times. Otherwise. Very lovely.

1h 51 minute wait to get to reception staff is pretty abysmal. I am not even a patient, but a health professional that was trying to contact a GP. But it's always a nightmare trying to call this practice, this is something that really needs to be worked on. As prior to this long waits were standard, but it's getting worse. Maybe have a faster email system for simple requests for other health professionals so that doesn't hold up your phone queue. But something needs to be done. 2 stars as doctors are good.

I went to see my family doctor Kun Yao today. He is a Chinese doctor and I feel that his medical skills are very exquisite. This may be related to his professional experience. You know, in China, a general practitioner needs to receive patients with various diseases every day, which can accumulate a lot of treatment experience. That's why I say he has excellent medical skills. I will choose him again next time!

I was given INCORRECT medical advice by GP's at this medical clinic. They rush to get you in and out without doing proper tests or diagnosis. GP's don't even call on time if you have a telehealth appointment and are hard to understand over the phone.
