Wanted to say a special thankyou to the team there today. My partner had really bad throbbing pain in his mouth and needed to get in to see the doctor. Waited just under two hours which is not bad for a walk-in clinic. Got Antibiotics and painkillers to tide us over till we can get into the dentist. Couldn't praise the receptionist and Doctor enough! As we travel from place to place finding a good bulk billing doctor is near impossible. Thanks again!
4 abysmal dealings with this place. Yesterday I phoned to make an appointment: given 1230 today with Dr Sobia. Today, 1 receptionist on the phone, 2nd just looked blankly at the growing queue. She then decided to take a call. 1st gets to the queue, but welcomes queue-jumpers. My turn: "Dr Sonia is out of the country!" "I only made the appointment yesterday." Useless!! No only do they leave you waiting hrs after your booked time. I went in with some serious health issues. I saw dr sobia Junaid who was very rude and distant. She did not seem to care, asking a few questions then sending me on my way. I felt worse then when I went in and had more questions the answers. WHAT WAS THE POINT! I WENT FOR HELP AND GOT NONE! where have our Australian doctors gone???
Medicare Urgent clinic. Friendly staff from reception throughout to the Doctor today, had to use the service today due to severe ear infection Didn't had to wait that long as understandable this is a Urgent clinic no appointment needed. Thank you again
SENILE DOCTOR RUINED MUMS CHRISTMAS I and my family have attended this practice for most of the 6 years that we have been in Toowoomba. I had to leave because there was not a single doctor who was willing or able to treat me comprehensively and proactively as someone that has multiple chronic conditions that needed to be investigated (they wouldn't have been diagnosed at all if I'd stayed).
