Always pretty easy to get appointment. Bulk billing. Nice staff. You may sacrifice the "getting to build a relationship with just one doc" but you can get your issue seen to and try to see the same doctor which is doable most of the time. I have been half a dozen times and have no complaints. Usual thing, some occasions long wait and other times doc is right on time. X-ray, scan, pathology and chemist all in one spot.
I made a booking through Hot Doc, all my details in the hot doc profile were correct and I got the confirmation email. But the medical centre had a random booking for the same time with the same doctor, with my surname but a different birthday from 2019 and a different first name. Even though I showed Kayla (receptionist) my confirmed booking details she refused to take me for the appointment. I walked in without an appointment and was able to see a doctor within about 15 minutes. I had to have an xray and also got in quickly. I was not happy with my doctor leaving his door opened while talking on speaker phone getting my results so I heard everything from the waiting room. All up I was reasonably happy with the experience.
As always first class healthcare from the whole team. Nothing bad to say. I used the app to do everything. Didn't need to get in lines and waste time with something I can do from my phone
A real change in appointment schedules. I arrived 10mins early and was asked to wait outside Doctor’s office and as I sat down there, the Doctor opened the door and called my name - EARLIER than my appointment time. Dr Jindal was very thorough and advised best outcome for my condition. He treated the necessary skin concerns and I was on my way very quickly. I’ll certainly pre-book appointments in future, when Doctors match the schedule time so well.
