My first visit today - I just walked in with no appointment but saw a doctor after about 1.5 hours. He was very thorough and pleasant. Receptionists were also friendly and helpful. I was bulk-billed because I have a Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card.
Went there Saturday morn (12.7.25) about 8.30; the whole experience was way better than I expected. The receptionist was excellent and quick and dealt with every person who entered the same way while I was waiting. The Doc was excellent; Knew what he was doing and how to deal with my (breathing) problem. No hesitation in recommending the Centre.
I appreciate Dr Sobia Judai as she listens to what I have to say & she explains things to me so as I understand. She is very caring & professional. It's been many years since I've been able to find a doctor I feel comfortable with and trust and she makes me feel heard as with aging we have more concerns in our daily lives. I’ve visited this medical centre a few times to consult with a GP. The place is well-organised and offers bulk billing doctors, which is convenient. It’s great to have a pathology lab, dental clinic, and pharmacy all in the same location. The only downside is that the on-site car park is quite compact and often full, but there is kerbside parking available along the road just in case. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Our visits to the clinic were disappointing. The nurses displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed unhappy in their roles. During both visits, my daughter’s measurements showed she was shorter than before 🥴 Today, she had her first vaccinations at six weeks, as a new parent we were already nervous about this! and it was frustrating that my husband was not allowed in the treatment room by the nurse today, and missed out on little moments.
