The administration staff are consistently kind and professional. I love that I can also pick up my medications at the very convenient chemist within the practice. Although wait times can be long I prepare before attending and take a book to read as I cannot pick up mobile service. I have a chronic condition and cannot make urgent appointments but the staff always assist and look after me.
Receptionists were wonderful and helpful when we visited. However, the doctor my daughter saw was unbelievably rude. Before we could even sit down, he told us to hurry because he had to leave in 5 minutes. He had an unpleasant attitude from the beginning, especially towards my Husband and I. He was polite towards our daughter, thankfully. I suggest Doctors like this revisit what patient and family centred care is, and why they have chosen to support vulnerable people.
Great medical centre, staff were very helpful. There is also a pharmacy aswell. Wasn't much of a wait either. 👍
Improved waiting systems but hard to get a park since they started building shopping centre over the road. Carpark is full so its impossible to get to, that includes even the chemist. Never use to be that bad so they need to put the gates back into operation. It will still be a problem post building completed Been attending over a decade but thinking of trying elsewhere due to parking which is likely to go on for at least 12 months.
Called the clinic about 5 times to try and see if there was an appointment available with no answer, went onto their app to book and there was an appointment that day so I booked it. As I couldn’t drive had to get an Uber to appointment (cost me $25) and presented to the counter to be told no there is no appointment and the dr isn’t even there today…….so after I booked it no one rang and said I’m sorry but the drs not available (even though I booked 4 hours earlier and they would have seen it in their booking schedule).
