I have been taking my daughter here since before Christmas for her health concerns. The doctor we saw was not caring at all. It Was very hard to understand him. He spoke really fast and ww felt very rushed in the appointment. We didn’t feel heard or comfortable. My daughter tried to explain her symptoms and he spoke very loudly over her. And he also took a phone call during her appointment. It was all very unhelpful and stressful for my daughter. We won’t be back!
I found the who experience very pleasant. Friendly helpful reception staff. Dr Preah (?) was lovely, caring, kind and took the time to listen to my concerns and acted well in finding a solution. the Staff in imaging were wonderful and so friendly which was very calming for my mental knowing that I was about to have an evasive exam to find out the problem. She is truly one of the most kind-hearted, generous, and understanding doctors I’ve ever met. Her calm approach, genuine care, and professionalism make every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Lost my medical records that were faxed over years ago and I had confirmed with them that they got it at the time. Then tried to tell me it was just never sent over despite having seen doctors at the clinic for the medical issues in my records. - which today they refused to do because they - don’t have my records - anymore. Waited for an hour and ‘the appointment ‘ consisted of the doctor running back and forth to the reception and I sitting in their room for 1 moment, but of course they’ll still charge for it. I honestly have only great things to say about Medical & Dental. Firstly bulk billing with bonus. You’re not treat like a number. I’m never kept wait long either at the reception or waiting to for Dr CT. The reception staff are always friendly & never had a doubt I can communicate easily with these lovely professional ladies at front of Drs. . If you do have to wait you can be guaranteed you won’t be rushed through your consultation. I very happy to have the talented Dr T as my medical practitioner! Thanks All 🌸
