My boy has always been nervous at the vets but everyone here is always so patient and gentle with him, introducing themselves slowly with treats. Moreover, the facilities are extensive and they are able to do a lot of procedures in house. The waiting room design is great, with plenty of space and with dogs being on a different floor to cats. We couldn’t speak more highly of the care and compassion shown by the team at Tooronga. We’ve visited the clinic several times, but most recently brought in our beloved Golden Retriever, Flynn, who had been unwell—off his food, vomiting, and extremely lethargic. Each time we’ve needed urgent attention, the team has made time to see Flynn immediately, and they’ve been incredibly accommodating with every request. We’re so grateful to the team here for their kindness and support over the past month. They’ve welcomed us in for several social visits with our dog Buddy, which really helped build trust and slowly ease any nerves. There was always someone from the team taking the time to be with us, never rushing the process and always focusing on Buddy's comfort. Immaculate vet experience! This is hands down the best vet we've been to. They have a separate waiting area for cats to reduce their anxiety, and our vet Jenna was so gentle and calm that my cat didn't even notice her giving him his vaccination! He was purring by the end of the visit and asking for belly rubs. Highly recommend.
Dr. Adem genuinely cared for my dog and gave us his full time and attention. He and the entire team, especially the ER staff, were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to my little one. I never felt like we were just a number, something I unfortunately experienced elsewhere. Even after hours, Dr. Adem messaged me to check on my dog, which I thought was really kind.
