My boy has always been nervous at the vets but everyone here is always so patient and gentle with him, introducing themselves slowly with treats. Moreover, the facilities are extensive and they are able to do a lot of procedures in house. The waiting room design is great, with plenty of space and with dogs being on a different floor to cats. We couldn’t speak more highly of the care and compassion shown by the team at Tooronga. We’ve visited the clinic several times, but most recently brought in our beloved Golden Retriever, Flynn, who had been unwell—off his food, vomiting, and extremely lethargic. Each time we’ve needed urgent attention, the team has made time to see Flynn immediately, and they’ve been incredibly accommodating with every request. We’re so grateful to the team here for their kindness and support over the past month. They’ve welcomed us in for several social visits with our dog Buddy, which really helped build trust and slowly ease any nerves. There was always someone from the team taking the time to be with us, never rushing the process and always focusing on Buddy's comfort. I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to after our experience this week. I usually go to another local practice but made an appt after I couldn’t get in to my regular for an urgent appt, unfortunately he needed surgery but I’m so glad I came here. At all times I felt confident my dog was well looked after and in the best hands. They never tried to over sell and their prices were comparable to other local clinics and cheaper than what I was quoted at my prior vet.
