This will be our 3rd year delivering photos through Tony and although every year has been a little slow we have always been happy. Unfortunately we had our kinder photos done in May this year and it’s now September.. still no photos. After numerous attempts to reach out to understand what’s happening, TMPIC just doesn’t respond. More than two months after paying for my son‘s daycare photos, I still haven’t received them. I also haven’t received any response to the several emails and voice mail messages I’ve left. Horrendous customer service! Do not recommend
