The whole process with Think Renewable from Michael the sales guy who was more than happy to answer all of our questions to Ben and his team of installers who spent the day installing the system has been nothing but effortless for us and a pleasure to deal with. Even during the recent winters days with only minimal sun the 16kw battery has been getting fully charged.
The process was easy, the installers friendly and approachable. They replaced at least a dozen damaged roof tiles from my supply while they did the job. Good company to deal with. A little more communication leading up to the installation would be 5 stars.

The initial phone call was very informative and explained perfectly the uses of a battery and how it can save us money. The install team arrived right on time, smashed out the install in no time at all and even left the area more clean than I had left it for them. Post install check ins have been nice, sending emails about the app to check the status of the battery and even making sure we are happy with the job overall. Highly recommend Think Renewable.
From the first sales person Finn and Reece to the lovely boys that installed the battery nothing was too much. All very friendly professional and personable. You guys have a great team We had some issues with our installation but everyone stayed until the end and they came back promptly to fix our issues. Thank you Reece and Oliver and his team can’t praise them enough. Oliver your a champ. 🤗🤗😍
