I had been thinking about getting a battery installed for a while. After approaching my original installer to enquire if I could add additional solar panels to my system as I was advised that I would be able to in the future I was advised I would not be able to and a whole new system would be needed. Very professional from the start until completion. The sales representative that did the initial inspection was polite, very knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure to purchase. He did all the relevant paperwork once we decided to go ahead with the offer which was reasonable. We received regular emails to keep us informed and we scheduled in the installation date within the agreed timeframe. The decision to use Think Renewable was an easy one with the ease that it was to get all of he required information on the best system for us sorting Synergy, finance and installation. The installation team was punctual and very friendly and did a great job with the installation keeping us informed as they went to identify the best place to install inverter. Would recommend speaking to them if your looking at getting solar installed.
