Very professional from the start until completion. The sales representative that did the initial inspection was polite, very knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure to purchase. He did all the relevant paperwork once we decided to go ahead with the offer which was reasonable. We received regular emails to keep us informed and we scheduled in the installation date within the agreed timeframe. The installation team arrived promptly at our house and again where very professional and polite. Attended to their jobs and cleanin... read more
I had been thinking about getting a battery installed for a while. Come installation day, the crew were fantastic - you could tell they worked well as a team - each knowin... read more
I have had the pleasure of meeting Reece from Think Renewable multiple times over the years. He organised our Solar Panels and battery system here in Geraldton, and we can't be happier with the result Our Synergy bill was $800 for years before, our most recent was $80 which is better than we expected! The installers were very professional and neat and tidy, but Reece is the one who made it all happen and I can't recommend him enough! Jack and the team did a fantastic job installing our solar battery system. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. They explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and completed the installation efficiently and neatly. Really happy with the quality of their work and the overall service. I would definitely recommend Jack and his team to anyone looking for a reliable solar battery installation company. Great job! 👍
