I had been thinking about getting a battery installed for a while. After approaching my original installer to enquire if I could add additional solar panels to my system as I was advised that I would be able to in the future I was advised I would not be able to and a whole new system would be needed. The decision to use Think Renewable was an easy one with the ease that it was to get all of he required information on the best system for us sorting Synergy, finance and installation. The installation team was punctual and very friendly and did a great job with the installation keeping us informed as they went to identify the best place to install inverter. Would recommend speaking to them if your looking at getting solar installed.
Negotiating Solar options can be a mine field!!! Not for us. Kian approached us, non pushy. Joe presented the plan options and prepared a quote. Think Renewable delivered professionally. Full communication regarding progress of rebate applications and time frame for installation. Installers friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Think Renewable.
Great experience from start to finish. Installed 15Kw battery and am pleasantly surprised at how quickly they charge, even on cloudy days. Battery mostly lasts through the night. Tommy Ross provided sound system advice which suited our needs. Installation was completed by a professional and courteous team in about 4 hours.
