Great customer service, sales and installation team. Joe Aitken from Think Renewable in Perth has been extremely helpful through the entire process, including organising all the rebates and financing. The installation team were really professional, system is very compact in our small carport. They left the place really clean and tidy and didn't damage any of our gardens around the meter box. Think Renewal’s team did excellent work installing our 15kWh battery stack and inverter, connecting our existing solar panels, and reworking connections for our house electrical panel and smart meter, to the grid. We took advantage of Federal and State rebates to optimise costs to us for the home battery and Think Renewal handled those processes for us. The mobile and PC apps to enable monitoring of the battery and solar array are great. Happy customers here .!

The whole process with Think Renewable from Michael the sales guy who was more than happy to answer all of our questions to Ben and his team of installers who spent the day installing the system has been nothing but effortless for us and a pleasure to deal with. Even during the recent winters days with only minimal sun the 16kw battery has been getting fully charged.
