Terrible. Supplied a single phase inverter and it should have been 3 phase then just top it all I have no idea what they have done but now it seems they have disconnected a lighting and/or socket circuit as I now have 3 rooms in the house without power. Luckily they are not currently being used. Only spotted that tonight. The install was yesterday. Not good at all. Update — the emergency circuit they put in (so I still have some power on a blackout) keeps tripping in and all the others go off they did come back to fix it and... read more
Mark has been amazing throughout the whole process. Installers also were great, tidy throughout the install, knowledgeable and even helped me set up the app! Well done think renewable on a great customer experience!
Alex was knowledgeable and able to explain and answer all my questions regarding the solar and battery quote. The installers were friendly and good to deal with. Kept us in the loop during the installation. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Made sure the system was working correctly before finishing up. Overall, a good experience.
