My experience with the Think Renewable process was ready and efficient, with a quick turnaround for install. I now have a battery to take the excess power from my solar panels during the day in order to keep using my own energy at night. From the initial contact, to the sales consult, and finishing with the installers on site, the contact was always reasonable and productive.
Looked into getting a solar & battery setup for our home. Dealt with a few different companies, while several beat Think Renewable on price there was absolutely no comparison at all for service. Highly recommend Think Renewable. Staff and service are awesome. Alex is amazing. He sat and worked everything out with us and explained everything perfectly. If we had any queries, he was only a phone call away with super response time. He would check in with us even after we had finished our install.
Think Renewable were fantastic to work with. From sending emails and talking over the phone with Mark Metzger to having the instillation team put solar panels on my roof. They were all very professional and made the whole experience easy. Everything is laid out and explained in detail and the panels themselves have worked like a charm for over a year now. Currently working with them again to get a solar battery installed and would strongly recommend them.
