Terrible. Supplied a single phase inverter and it should have been 3 phase then just top it all I have no idea what they have done but now it seems they have disconnected a lighting and/or socket circuit as I now have 3 rooms in the house without power. Luckily they are not currently being used. Only spotted that tonight. The install was yesterday. Not good at all. Update — the emergency circuit they put in (so I still have some power on a blackout) keeps tripping in and all the others go off they did come back to fix it and... read more
The system is just installed four days ago, and talking about the installation time and process; that was a wonderful experience and happened at ease. The guys seemed professional enough to complete the battery system installation in just 4 hours and the overall work was neat and tidy and up to my expectations. Better than that is my system being monitored to track any failures post the installation and promptly fix it.
