Jacob Smith and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Jacob was a great communicator, clearly knows what he’s talking about, and was always reachable throughout the entire process, which made everything really easy and stress-free. The install team did an excellent job. The system looks clean and professional, and they took the time to tidy up properly afterwards, which I really appreciated. Very happy with the quality of the install and the overall experience. Highly recommend.
Small delay being installed but staff approachable and product seems to be working well. Installers arrived on time and were very quick getting everything up and running. Our roof is a little painful with sizing but managed to fit the panels ok. Overall I’m happy with the company and impressed with the solar panels. Installers were very competent and able to assist with the setting up app etc.
We were in good hands with senior design consultant, Alex. As a customer focused professional, I have high expectations of what service means and Alex delivered. He was approachable, informative, flexible and followed through. Nothing was too much trouble. The install team were respectful, answered all my questions with kindness and tidied upon completion. A run through of the app was provided to get us start with monitoring the solar activity. Thanks team, it was a good experience. Alex is a valuable member of your team!
After comparing a number of providers for a 24KWH Signenergy System, I decided to go with Think Renewable. Alex was polite, helpful and quick to respond when I had questions (I had a few). Unfortunately due to the new federal rebate there was a delay in getting the system installed, but think renewable kept me informed throughout. Nice work guys.
I just wanted to write to explain the installation process I have just experienced. I had Jack, Jack, and Ryan from Think Renewable attend my property to do the battery install. They were on time, so friendly, polite, informative – I am actually quite surprised because this is not the usual tradie experience – I wasn’t dismissed, spoken over, or condescended to once.
