Jacob Smith and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Jacob was a great communicator, clearly knows what he’s talking about, and was always reachable throughout the entire process, which made everything really easy and stress-free. The install team did an excellent job. The system looks clean and professional, and they took the time to tidy up properly afterwards, which I really appreciated. Very happy with the quality of the install and the overall experience. Highly recommend.
We were in good hands with senior design consultant, Alex. As a customer focused professional, I have high expectations of what service means and Alex delivered. He was approachable, informative, flexible and followed through. Nothing was too much trouble. The install team were respectful, answered all my questions with kindness and tidied upon completion. A run through of the app was provided to get us start with monitoring the solar activity. Thanks team, it was a good experience. Alex is a valuable member of your team!
After comparing a number of providers for a 24KWH Signenergy System, I decided to go with Think Renewable. Alex was polite, helpful and quick to respond when I had questions (I had a few). Unfortunately due to the new federal rebate there was a delay in getting the system installed, but think renewable kept me informed throughout. Nice work guys.
I just wanted to write to explain the installation process I have just experienced. I had Jack, Jack, and Ryan from Think Renewable attend my property to do the battery install. They were on time, so friendly, polite, informative – I am actually quite surprised because this is not the usual tradie experience – I wasn’t dismissed, spoken over, or condescended to once. I usually turn door to door sales people away but these guys got me right when I was considering solar. I'm glad they did. The prices and equipment were all excellent, and they were super responsive to questions and getting things done. I got other quotes but Think Renewable came out on top. Alex was especially helpful with figuring out the optimal combination of solar panels that would fit on our roof and the battery size it could support, as well as answering any questions we had.
