All the guys at Think Renewable were fantastic from sales, admin and installers. Quick to respond to any questions and always got back to me in very prompt time. Very happy with the solar battery they recommended, and they were also very helpful in getting all the rebates we were eligible for. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The first meeting with the consultant was extremely friendly and informative. After deciding to go ahead with the installation, it took quite a while for Think Renewable to contact me with an installation date. Probably understandable considering the government rebate and the amount of orders they had. Once a date was set, the installers turned up on time, and the work was carried out professionally and quickly.
Fantastic experience with Think Renewable. Jacob was outstanding from start to finish — knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful. The battery installation was quick, clean, and professionally done. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended!
Very easy purchase and battery installation process. We were given a range of clearly explained and illustrated options re battery brand and size. The installation site was also closely checked for any potential difficulties. This process was not rushed in any way. The installation of the battery was seamless and straight forward and went exactly to plan on the day agreed upon. it took about 2.5 hours with three installers. I would highly recommend Think Renewable for solar and battery installation to anyone. From the sales team to the installation team It was a smooth process. From the start when sales rep Ties came to our house and explained what could be done and which system to install, to Riley and his install crew it was professional and very efficient process.
