We had solar and battery installed by Think Renewable at our home in Woy Woy Bay and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial quote through to installation, the team were professional, punctual, and clear about what to expect at every step. Corey’s team did a great job, the install was clean, efficient. They took the time to walk us through how the system works and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend Think Renewable to anyone in the Central Coast considering solar. Five stars.
All the guys at Think Renewable were fantastic from sales, admin and installers. Quick to respond to any questions and always got back to me in very prompt time. The first meeting with the consultant was extremely friendly and informative. After deciding to go ahead with the installation, it took quite a while for Think Renewable to contact me with an installation date. Probably understandable considering the government rebate and the amount of orders they had. Once a date was set, the installers turned up on time, and the work was carried out professionally and quickly.
From the initial meeting to discuss options with home battery systems Think Renewable have been nothing but amazing. George was very professional, explained what's involved and was extremely helpful in what my family should get in regards to a home battery system. Very easy purchase and battery installation process. We were given a range of clearly explained and illustrated options re battery brand and size. The installation site was also closely checked for any potential difficulties. This process was not rushed in any way. The installation of the battery was seamless and straight forward and went exactly to plan on the day agreed upon. it took about 2.5 hours with three installers.
