I’ve been coming here for quite sometime and honestly such a warming atmosphere, receptions are super attentive and vibrant , Mary will make you feel like home. I had a wonderful experience at The Smile Spot. Florina made booking my treatment easy and stress-free. Roya, the dental hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and kind. Mary, the practice manager, was welcoming and professional. Their exceptional service made my visit truly pleasant—I’ll definitely be returning.
Great staff, clean and has all the latest equipment. The Smile Spot team do not cause any pain, they take all private health insurance claims, making sure you get the most benefit possible. My family have all been patients since 2003 & will continue to do so.
Demitri squeezed me in for an urgent appointment and worked out why I was in so much pain. He explained all my options and was very caring and kind. Later I went back to see him and he helped me again, on his day off. He made sure I knew what to do and who to call if I was experiencing any pain. They are an excellent team and I highly recommend them.
I have been going to The Smile Spot for over 20 years & everyone who works there are so professional and so lovely. Dimitri does not pressure you into having unnecessary treatment and gives you options. The staff make you feel at ease & you don’t pay for what you don’t need. I would highly recommend The Smile Spot. You get the care you deserve with profession & caring people. I wouldn’t go any where else.
