Lisa Eakins wat can I say about her dedication to her job. She is a Sturn but understanding person and land lord. Her job is to protect the rights of the owners , but the rights of the tenant's as well. If I wanted someone to look after my house while leasing it out, Lisa is the person I would have. She is the best landlord I have ever had. I'm moving on from Lisa and the property group into a new adventure with my kids. I cannot say anything bad. I rented through these guys for two years. From start to finish they were all great, everything was done fast and easy and I always received payment receipts and heard back from them almost instantly anytime I had any questions. Kelly at reception was always very friendly and warm and Taylor my property manger was always friendly and helpful. We have been dealing with The Property Group for over 6 years now. Hands down amazing company to care for our properties. They have always pushed to get us the best long term tenants. Great communication skills and always endeavor to discuss any matters that arise; they are so easy to deal with and are on top of everything, from maintenance to house inspections. I would highly recommend anyone looking to lease their property to get in contact with TPG, not just for the wonderful service but the worthwhile rental returns.
the property group, a most professional group of people to deal with, as a landlord have complete confidence and satisfaction in all dealings with them, payments always on time and accurate, inspection reports on houses cannot be faulted, full details and photos and any faults needing attention dealt with promptly, staff ALL very courteous, I deal mainly with Georgia so she gets a special mention, but the others are also very good. would recommend this group to any other landlords with utmost confidence
