i rented through this real estate for two and a half years in two seperate houses eventually signing my lease over to my housemate, i was "a great tenant" and "highly recommended" however when i used The Property Group as a reference they said complete opposite resulting in me missing out on a few properties. Confusing and irritating to say the least as i left the property on great terms with my property manager Taylor. not sure why they would turn and say the opposite. Will not be using as a reference again. waste of time.
