Very disappointing experience. We visited the urgent care on Friday, 10 October at around 9pm with my one-year-old boy who was suffering from a very painful ear infection. We were told to fill out a form and wait for the nurse, even though the clinic closes at 10pm. We waited for about 30 minutes, and every patient before us was taken inside, but no one came for us. Lovely staff. Came in for inflammed ear drums, stubborn bloody nose, headaches and flu like symptoms. I was stressed because I had a flight to catch with blocked ears and I was told 2 hour wait. All good though I understand. But luckily 30 minutes later I’m out with medications and a medical certificate. Super lovely staff and so helpful. Had everything I needed, super attentive, efficient and friendly🩷
Yesterday I went to urgent care for a painful health issue that needs urgent care. around 6 pm and went to the reception and was standing there be attended. The nurse was attending to a family next, suddenly looked at me and very rudely asked me to move away to a different place away from the reception to give the family some privacy.
