When we arrived at the centre it’s before 8am, and two ladies at front deck told us to fill out the new patient form and wait. They did not mentioned when the nurse of the urgent care counter arrived, I should let the nurse know we are waiting. So we wait on the seat for 1 hour and no one call us… Finally I was out of patience and went to the urgent care centre counter to ask the nurse, she said she don’t know we are waiting and only within 10 mins we got treatment. The doctor and nurse are so nice 👍 😊
Was so impressed by the Urgent Care Team in Forest Hills. They were caring and professional. Went there and only had to wait a max of 45 minutes whereas if went to Box Hill Hospital would have been there all day. I fell and hurt my shoulder last night. They were efficient and could get an Xray on the spot which showed a broken collar bone. Would very much recommend them for non life threatening injuries. Doctors and nurses were wonderful. Thankyou

Very good facility and hrlpful service providers. I visited with my 9 yo who apparently fractured his hand while playing soccer at school. By the grace of God there was no fracture, confirmed by X-ray. There is a separate counter for urgent care at the reception and the staff immediately attended us and within 15 minutes we were getting the x-ray done within the same facility on the first floor. I attended the clinic last month in an effort to avoid going to ED. Unfortunately, I felt my pain was dismissed by both the triage nurse and nurse practitioner due to also having a chronic pain condition. In the treatment room, the nurse practitioner said in a judgemental tone, ‘What are you expecting me to do for your pain?’ And told me I should return to my pain specialist.
