I usually don't leave any reviews but I really needed to leave a review for today. My mum accidently cut her finger a bit so we came here today and Natasha was helping us out. She was really friendly and sencerely caring my mum, and I could also see that she truly care other patients and really friendly to everyone. If anything happens again in the future, this place would be the first place I will come. Thank you so much for the service.
Casey was lovely!! They were patient and attentive. My leg was burnt badly and they carefully removed all peeled skin and patched the area up nicely. The lady at the front desk was also very nice. Great staff and great environment overall!
We haven't seen the doctor yet but the care and response by the Triage nurse has been of the highest standards. The person l took in for care has Autism and they found them a quiet room AND asked me if I was ok. Highly educated and brilliant empathy skills.
Very disappointing experience. We visited the urgent care on Friday, 10 October at around 9pm with my one-year-old boy who was suffering from a very painful ear infection. We were told to fill out a form and wait for the nurse, even though the clinic closes at 10pm. We waited for about 30 minutes, and every patient before us was taken inside, but no one came for us. Great experience this week for a situation that didn't feel ED worthy, but had us concerned after hours. We were seen promptly and given great and gentle care by nurses and the doctor on-site. Worth noting that we did see people referred on for care at Box Hill ED when a rush showed up near closing time - fair enough if resources won't be able to handle the demand before close, but could be understandably frustrating for the patients involved. Huge thanks to the team at Forest Hill urgent care.
