I was deeply dissatisfied with the service and the overall handling of patient care during my visit. Prior to attending in person, I had called the clinic to check availability. Unfortunately, I was not advised at that time that the clinic was already at capacity. Had this information been communicated during the call, it would have prevented unnecessary travel and allowed me, and potentially other patients, to seek appropriate alternative care options sooner. We have been here a few times, and each visit has been professional and thorough. This time, we had the privilege of being cared for by the Urgent Care nurse, Ms Aiwen. Her kindness, gentleness, and compassion toward my husband were deeply appreciated. The diagnostic equipment available on-site was also sufficient and reassuring, often eliminating the need for an emergency room visit. Thank you again, Aiwen, for all your help, much appreciated.

I usually don't leave any reviews but I really needed to leave a review for today. My mum accidently cut her finger a bit so we came here today and Natasha was helping us out. She was really friendly and sencerely caring my mum, and I could also see that she truly care other patients and really friendly to everyone. If anything happens again in the future, this place would be the first place I will come. Thank you so much for the service.

The Forest Hill Urgent Care Centre is a fantastic service. The lovely nurse, Mags, and her colleagues ensured that my care was thorough and timely. I am very appreciative and grateful to Mags and the staff at the Urgent Care Centre for their kindness and professional attendance. Thank you!

This is a fantastic aftercare clinic. The Triage staff were so warm and welcoming explained the process to me and then I saw Dr Katy Laung. I came in with a severe rash on both my arms which was starting to spread. Katy gave me medication on the spot as she knew pharmacies were closed at that time of night and didn’t want me to wait till the morning. By the time I had got home my symptoms have subsided and this morning my rash has gone. Thank you so much Katy you are a superstar.
