When we arrived at the centre it’s before 8am, and two ladies at front deck told us to fill out the new patient form and wait. They did not mentioned when the nurse of the urgent care counter arrived, I should let the nurse know we are waiting. So we wait on the seat for 1 hour and no one call us… Finally I was out of patience and went to the urgent care centre counter to ask the nurse, she said she don’t know we are waiting and only within 10 mins we got treatment. The doctor and nurse are so nice 👍 😊
I was deeply dissatisfied with the service and the overall handling of patient care during my visit. Prior to attending in person, I had called the clinic to check availability. Unfortunately, I was not advised at that time that the clinic was already at capacity. Had this information been communicated during the call, it would have prevented unnecessary travel and allowed me, and potentially other patients, to seek appropriate alternative care options sooner. Was so impressed by the Urgent Care Team in Forest Hills. They were caring and professional. Went there and only had to wait a max of 45 minutes whereas if went to Box Hill Hospital would have been there all day. I fell and hurt my shoulder last night. They were efficient and could get an Xray on the spot which showed a broken collar bone. Would very much recommend them for non life threatening injuries. Doctors and nurses were wonderful. Thankyou
Our one and half yr old daughter had a suspected elbow dislocation as she wouldn’t use her left arm and screaming if we want to touch it. My wife arrived at 9:15 pm and their close time was 10 pm. When my wife asked an ‘ urgent care’ which just if the doctor can look at it and if we need to go to an emergency urgently. The answer we got is the doctor said: I don’t have time for your kid tonight. I’m still shocking at what kind of a doctor would ever say that and they claim themselves as an urgent care? The urgent care nurse Katie was absolutely amazing. She explained thing to me and my partner with so much care and in depth. I have heath anxiety and she explained things to me in a way that took my worries away, and in a way that made me feel human which no doctor or nurse has ever done. Highly recommend her. She even gave me information for a new doctor.
