Lovely staff. Came in for inflammed ear drums, stubborn bloody nose, headaches and flu like symptoms. I was stressed because I had a flight to catch with blocked ears and I was told 2 hour wait. All good though I understand. But luckily 30 minutes later I’m out with medications and a medical certificate. Super lovely staff and so helpful. Had everything I needed, super attentive, efficient and friendly🩷
Very disappointing experience. We visited the urgent care on Friday, 10 October at around 9pm with my one-year-old boy who was suffering from a very painful ear infection. We were told to fill out a form and wait for the nurse, even though the clinic closes at 10pm. We waited for about 30 minutes, and every patient before us was taken inside, but no one came for us. The staff were extremely kind and professional, especially Dr. Katy Kei, who took excellent care of me. I truly appreciate her warm and attentive approach and would like to express my sincere thanks for her outstanding care and support.
I was a lot of pain in my stomach and neck and headache, and dizzy, but Nurse said they couldn't see me, because there are no way to do any exames. she treated me impatiently and slightly irritated. Few minuts later, she was so gentle with other people that looks has nothing to do, the person thinks broken the tooth finger, and she was so nice and gentle in front of me.
