100/100 - I went for my first remedial Thai massage and it was absolutely fantastic! The lady therapist was so skilled and attentive! She really helped relieve the tension and pain in my back and neck. I felt such a big difference after the session. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and genuinely healing. I had such a great experience at The One Remedial Thai Massage & Spa in Five Dock. The place is really clean and relaxing, and the staff are super friendly and professional. I booked a remedial massage for my shoulder and back pain, and it made a big difference. The therapist listened to what I needed and used the right pressure. This was definitely the BEST massage I’ve ever had! It was absolutely incredible and the most rejuvenating I’ve ever felt afterwards. Not to mention, the staff were so incredible kind and considerate. I highly recommend this place - a real hidden gem! My masseuse was a real magician, highly experienced. Austin at the front desk was so inviting and kind. Even if this isn’t your most local place, I definitely recommend making the drive there you won’t regret it!!
I have been coming here for my massages for a while now and have always had a great experience. However, my most recent massage was the best ever and I just had to write a review. Big shoutout to my masseuse Ladda. She was very professional, perfect pressure, and I felt so rejuvenated after. Highly recommend!
