I have used many plumbers over the years (with varying success) and Dave is by far the best. I don't need any other plumbers, I've just used The Lone Drainer for years now. Friendly, punctual, a great communicator, good price, and the job always gets done. Also, Dave uses an annual system called Vaporooter to clear the ever recurring tree roots in our sewer, and we haven't had to call the council once since using it. Highly recommended foir any plumbing jobs, big or small.
I've had many plumbers look for a smell and David was first one to listen and try solving without plowing money into the issue.. Experience shows and he's super friendly. Highly recommend.
Had an issue with our hot water system (no hot water). Arrived within 2 hrs after making contact with David. He repaired the issue promptly. We now have hot water. Thanks to the loan Drainer for being so…… pronto
Prompt, efficient & no fuss replacement of a failed kitchen sink mixer and isolation tap. Dave also took care of a bathroom sink tap Oring. Will definitely call on The Lone Drainer & Pronto for any future plumbing needs.
When something at our place needs a tradie to fix it my heart sinks. Unless I need a plumber!! Then i am so relieved because I know Dave is so good, efficient and nice. He’s fixed dripping water heaters, blocked pipes and removed our broken incinerator over the years. Fabulous service!
