The Learning Sanctuary at Park Orchards have been incredible! We made the difficult decision to transition our daughter half way through the year from another centre and while initially it was extremely hard for her going through such a big change, the team always made an extra special effort to welcome her and make her (and us) feel comfortable. The Learning Sanctuary has been a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. She has been attending the centre since she was six months old and has settled in with ease. The childcare educators are fantastic, especially Mel, who always makes me feel like I don’t have to worry. She demonstrates exceptional experience in her role. All the staff are amazing and truly get to know each child. I am very happy with the centre and highly recommend it.
We have been a part of the learning sanctuary community for 12 months and cannot recommend the centre more. All of the educators are caring and make our family feel so welcome. Everyone we have encountered makes our child feel comfortable and she LOVES her time there. The educators go above and beyond to create new and fun learning experiences for the children while taking into consideration the different cultures and families. It honestly feels like a little community!
Our son has been at TLS for 3 years and our daughter 1. Both of our kids started in the nursery and have progressed through the rooms. The staff are fantastic - very caring and attentive. They encourage the children and make them feel welcome and comfortable. Both of our kids love going to childcare and we feel the environment at TLS is a positive one for them. We love that they provide us feedback as to how the children are going throughout the year and especially how their day has been at pick up time. Thanks Team :)
We’ve been sending our 4 year old to the Learning Sanctuary for over 3 years, and now send our 1 year old. We couldn’t be happier with the care, professionalism and facilities made available to the kids and parents. The team of educators truly go above and beyond; from the nutritious food to the mountain of activities and excursions they put on, we’ve never had the slightest concern for our children’s wellbeing.
