I booked an appointment with a practitioner at this practice and paid a $100 deposit, which was described as being held only in case of a late cancellation or no-show. I cancelled my appointment well in advance - well outside the clinic’s cancellation window - and the clinic acknowledged this. Great service from Bidaya on the front counter. Clear communication about wait times and expectations on a busy evening. Even in the face of rude and obnoxious patients demanding special treatment She stayed calm and collected. After my appointment with the Doctor she then helped me book a specialist and worked patiently with me to find the first available free date that suited. With family who work passionately in health care it’s is always nice to see someone with the same passion for service.
I came here for a medical check-up to extend my visa. It took a long time, but I was impressed by an older Burmese doctor with fair skin and short stature. He provided excellent service and was very kind.
Dr Kumaresu At this medial centre has caused us issues thrice , due to his carelessness 1) Prescribed me ibuprofen like painkiller , even though it is clearly mentioned in my patient file that I am allergic to it . This resulted in severe rashes on my tongue , that didn’t go away for 2 months 2) Had a ligament tear and fracture in my right ankle , the doctor should have put me in a moon boot straight away , but let 2 weeks pass . A great medical practice with some brilliant doctors. Always a reasonable waiting time to see a doctor. A special shout out to Bidaya who is always most helpful on reception and goes above and beyond on every occasion. 10/10 service.
