The receptionist was pleasant and checked me in quickly, directing to the waiting area for my doctor. Minimal wait time, reviewed the results and put me at ease. My doctor is always quick and efficient, but I never feel rushed.
If you’re going to take your visa exam here, my advice is: choose another location! The receptionist who handles this is extremely disorganized and rude. I was lucky to be seen by a very helpful doctor who was able to explain what immigration was requesting. If it had depended on her, I would have had to go back home, even though it was a two-hour trip and we have deadlines for these exams!
My wife recommended as she had a wonderful experience. However, I booked an appointment for 10:30am, arrived early. The doctor was running late which is totally fine, however she was clearly behind schedule and had to see a patient before me. She spent 40 minutes with that patient, then left her room and didn’t return for over 20 minutes. I waited over an hour with only one person in front of me. I had to leave unfortunately.
The team on Reception were excellent and very helpful. The whole process of registration as a new patient was easy. There is a chemist conveniently located near reception to get any prescriptions filled. The staff at the chemist are very helpful. Overall a very good medical practice.
We had a lovely and positive experience with Dr Leila Moghadas. We are new to the practice and she will be our family GP. She’s understanding, patient and is kind and caring towards my family and young children. Very happy with her service.
