I saw Dr Helali who is very friendly and thorough in taking history. He checked all specialist report about me, wrote new referral, and reviewed my medical conditions including blood test results and its management. I felt confident under his care. The receptionists were very helpful also.

I’ve always had a great experience at Hills Medical & Dental Centre. The staff are friendly, professional and genuinely care about their patients. The clinic is well-organised, and you never feel rushed or overlooked. A special thanks to Dr Helali for his excellent care and accurate diagnosis. His attention to detail, calm approach and clear explanations made a big difference. Truly appreciate the professionalism and support from the entire team. Highly recommended!

There was a bit of a hold up at the main reception at the entrance. I has a skin check appointment & a saw a sign with an arrow pointing upstairs so I was a bit confused. Turns out I could have gone straight up without waiting as there was another reception upstairs. The staff & doctor were welcoming, friendly & professional.

Great service from Bidaya on the front counter. Clear communication about wait times and expectations on a busy evening. Even in the face of rude and obnoxious patients demanding special treatment She stayed calm and collected. After my appointment with the Doctor she then helped me book a specialist and worked patiently with me to find the first available free date that suited. With family who work passionately in health care it’s is always nice to see someone with the same passion for service.

I came here for a medical check-up to extend my visa. It took a long time, but I was impressed by an older Burmese doctor with fair skin and short stature. He provided excellent service and was very kind.
