The online booking system is straightforward and easy to use. I had an appointment with a GP and scheduled a follow-up ultrasound for an injury. Both appointments were professional and provided customer focused care. Really positive experience.

Can’t believe doctor arrived 30 minutes late in the morning apparently because of traffic. It feels like there’s no respect for anyone else’s time. No wonder all the following appointments end up running late just to accommodate their schedule!
This center doesn't even deserve 1 rating. I booked appointment at 1pm skipping all our meetings and later they say there is a database glitch and my name is not in the system.the doctor is least bothered to call the next waiting patients .because of long waiting time (though the appointment was already booked) ,we had to come without having consulted the doctor.. pls consider others time too !
