I came to this centre at 6.45pm on a Friday when the clinic closes at 7pm there was no patients waiting. My 4 yr old son has a bleeding nose from being hit by a swing and busing, The receptionist asked for our Medicare number. We proceeded with getting our details out. Before handing her the details she then tells us that the doctor decided that he doesn’t want to see any more patience today. Dr Qumar Helali is a wonderful doctor. Never seen a more genuine and caring medical practitioner. He looks into every case carefully to offer the best possible diagnosis and care plan . We are grateful to have him treat our son . Thank you .

I saw Dr Helali who is very friendly and thorough in taking history. He checked all specialist report about me, wrote new referral, and reviewed my medical conditions including blood test results and its management. I felt confident under his care. The receptionists were very helpful also.

I’ve always had a great experience at Hills Medical & Dental Centre. The staff are friendly, professional and genuinely care about their patients. The clinic is well-organised, and you never feel rushed or overlooked. A special thanks to Dr Helali for his excellent care and accurate diagnosis. His attention to detail, calm approach and clear explanations made a big difference. Truly appreciate the professionalism and support from the entire team. Highly recommended!

I came here for a medical check-up to extend my visa. It took a long time, but I was impressed by an older Burmese doctor with fair skin and short stature. He provided excellent service and was very kind.
