I came here for a medical check-up to extend my visa. It took a long time, but I was impressed by an older Burmese doctor with fair skin and short stature. He provided excellent service and was very kind.
The medical receptionist was so helpful and accommodating. The Dr I see is a great Dr, I’m sure they all are there. - you don’t feel rushed in the consult and I traveled an hour to get there. Well worth it as the service is exceptional!
Dr Maisie Dong is a wonderful and thorough doctor. She listens, asks the right questions and ensures she does the necessary observations & tests/scans to correctly diagnose any illness. She is great with kids and the whole family. She is an asset to the wonderful team at the Hills Medical Centre.
Seems if you complain you get seen first. Not impressed by a long shot . You can’t book on weekends so I lined up for my baby to be seen who has a minor rash but still worthy to check out. The Karen behind me hufffed and puffed there was a wait, complained that her ten year old also had a rash, and made a big song and dance, and of course they saw her child before seeing a baby. The Doctors and specialists are lovely, highly experienced. There are several patients who have been seeing these doctors for decades, generations. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. They are caring. Thank you
