Claire was a great listener, asked lots of questions and tried to understand exactly what I was feeling. She was very helpful explaining and coming up with a short and long plan. After my first appointment I already feel much better.

Rani was very welcoming and explained everything to me in a way l could understand and she sure knows alot. Rani was very professional and kept me comfortable and at ease for my initial appointment. Provided exercises and diary sheet that was personalised to my treatment and an expectation of upcoming timeline to rectify my situation as well as letting me know if l had any concerns at anytime to email her directly. Marnie was phenomenal. I felt comfortable the entire session and she took the time to make sure I understood the physiology behind what was going on. This helped me to grasp what I needed to do and the whys behind it and why what I had been trying previously wasn’t working.
