I heard about Health Phyx through a work mate who had also suffered the same injury as myself. A CT scan showed I had L4/L5 and L5/S1 disk bulge. River helped educate me on the meaning of my injury and through creating and implementing a self care management plan and manual therapy to assist my recover I strongly feel the rehabilitation process was faster and efficient. The attention to detail ash pays to every one of my needs is exceptional. I came to ash with neck issues that had been ongoing for years and within 6 sessions I am pain free. I couldn’t recommend ash more. Highly recommend.

I had been struggling with lower back problems for a very long time, but after just a few treatments with River, the difference was incredible. His deep knowledge and clear understanding of the issue made me feel confident in his practice. It's been 12 months since my last session, and I haven’t had a single issue with my back since! River is extremely professional and effective—I can’t recommend him highly enough!
Can’t recommend Phyx Physio highly enough. From the moment you walk in the place gives the coolest vibe. Not your usual physio office at all, a place where you actually want to hang out, whether it’s before the appointment for a go at the compression boots or after in one of the classes that they offer. And the physios there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Ash has helped treat some seemingly impossible ongoing issues I have had in only a few sessions.
