River is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment to my needs. I’ve had a big improvement in both pain and movement. HLTH PHYX is a great, fresh studio and the team is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I heard about Health Phyx through a work mate who had also suffered the same injury as myself. A CT scan showed I had L4/L5 and L5/S1 disk bulge. River helped educate me on the meaning of my injury and through creating and implementing a self care management plan and manual therapy to assist my recover I strongly feel the rehabilitation process was faster and efficient. I had been struggling with lower back problems for a very long time, but after just a few treatments with River, the difference was incredible. His deep knowledge and clear understanding of the issue made me feel confident in his practice. It's been 12 months since my last session, and I haven’t had a single issue with my back since!
