I cannot express how much Brendan helped me this year. I had a couple of ongoing nagging injuries that i could'nt seem to shake off no matter how many other therapists i had seen. His knowledge is insane and he gave me tips and simple take home pointers that have made my training far more efficient due to correct moving patterns.
