We took our little one for ear piercing and were able to get an appointment very quickly. The whole process was fast, smooth, and professional. We’re very happy with how it all turned out. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service in every interaction, the girls are always so helpful and polite. I went in for cosmetic injections, Dr Peter was very knowledgeable and explained each product well. Very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. I’ve just booked in for a follow up appt and can’t recommend enough.
I always have a great experience with the ladies at The Beauty Base. They’re always lovely and do a great job of my eyebrows. I popped in on Tuesday with my baby to get my brows done and they were super accomodating and helpful. The young girl (not sure her name) was amazing, was engaging with my son to keep him happy whilst doing my brows. Made it a great experience
I recently had Botox at The Beauty Base and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. My review is for my experience rather than the piercing itself. The piercing was fine. I had my baby’s ears pierced here on Wednesday and unfortunately the person who performed the piercing was visibly unwell. She had obvious cold/flu symptoms, watery eyes, was wiping her nose on her sleeve at one point and was clearly sick. The piercing took place in a small enclosed room, so we were in very close proximity to her. As a mum with a young baby who is exclusively breastfed, this really concerned me.
