I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Beauty Base for a facial, courtesy of a voucher I received. From the moment I walked in, I was treated to a lovely pampering experience. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. During my appointment Amy provided fantastic advice tailored to my skin type and concerns. I got the Luxury Platinum facial and did not have a good experience. I have been twice now and my first time was excellent. I treat myself around 3 times a year to a facial and this time was definitely a miss. I believe is may be due to the inexperience of the staff. Beautiful products and special service. After my Platinum Luxury Facial my skin felt great for days. Rooms are built to enhance a luxury experience. The therapist was very clean and accommodating. Some spa music and less light would have added to the already delightful experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to return, thanks again!!
I had a lovely experience here when I booked for a pregnancy massage recently. Rebecca was amazing and very accommodating, i highly recommend her if you are pregnant. I felt amazing after my pregnancy massage and I would definitely go back again. The service is wonderful and the rooms are lovely and clean. I had a pregnancy massage earlier on in my pregnancy at a different place and the service was very average compared to the beauty base Narellan.
Best service. Have used the beauty base many times, and went back to have eyebrows waxed and tinted for a wedding. My eyebrows are naturally quite full and I asked for them to be shaped better and thinner and my gosh I walked away so happy with the end result. I was asked if I was happy with the colour, the shape anything I wanted changed before walking out and she gave me honest feedback of what would work and what wouldn’t. Highly recommend
