I had such a great experience at The Beauty Base! The girl who did my waxing was absolutely lovely, we ended up chatting away about the good old days versus life in this century, and had so many laughs along the way. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after. Definitely recommend and will be back! 🌸✨ Sorry I can’t remember her name 💝
Great service! The staff were very cooperative and patient. I got lost in the mall for a few minutes, but even though they were running out of time, they remained calm and understanding. I was a bit nervous about getting my 3-month-old’s piercing done, but they were very supportive and made the whole experience smooth and comforting.
10/10 piercing experience for my 2 year old, the lovely staff member (I’ve forgotten her name) was so patient and took the time to talk to her first and play with her ears to get her comfortable. She cried for not even 5 seconds and then gave high fives and finished our shopping. Thank you so much ☺️
I got my navel piercing done today here by Tracy and she was amazing! She was so nice and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. She was very professional with explaining the process and the aftercare. The results are perfect and I’m so happy with how it turned out.
What a hidden gem Beauty Base is, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and then taken to the tea room. Effie came to meet me and took me to a beautiful treatment room. The oxygen facial was lovely, I have been having facials for nearly 50 years 🤦♀️ and this was certainly one of the better ones, the facial massage was really good and my skin felt great.
