What a hidden gem Beauty Base is, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and then taken to the tea room. Effie came to meet me and took me to a beautiful treatment room. The oxygen facial was lovely, I have been having facials for nearly 50 years 🤦♀️ and this was certainly one of the better ones, the facial massage was really good and my skin felt great. I got my navel piercing done today here by Tracy and she was amazing! She was so nice and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. She was very professional with explaining the process and the aftercare. The results are perfect and I’m so happy with how it turned out.
Had my daughters ear piercing done here shes just 8 weeks old they were extremely understanding, very hygienic, and so happy. I chose a perfect place for my little one staff are so nice and polite will most definitely be coming back foe the other services they offer !
I had my pumpkin peel treatment last Saturday. Effie was very efficient and informative. She explained each step of the treatment. I feel relaxed with her, almost fell asleep. My skin is glowing after the treatment. Room was clean and everything was organised. I’m a very satisfied customer.
Wow! Just wow. Customer service is phenomenal. Staff were so thorough, informative, caring and professional. They make you feel so welcome, the clinic was clean and hygienic, the service provided was to the highest standard. I highly recommend this place, I just went there to get my daughter’s ear pierced but after the experience I had I would definitely be back to try other services they provide.
