From the moment I arrived, the staff was quite rude and unprofessional. The person attending to me seemed irritated and disinterested in assisting me properly. When I tried to explain my requirements and preferences, she pretended not to understand what I was saying and responded with unrelated answers. As a speaker I’m always in front of crowds so this is the third time I have received a treatment at the beauty base. As a man I cannot say enough good things about them! Last time I was taken care of by Lauren who is so nice to work with and goes out of her way to make everything perfect. I also bought some products and one of them was not working well which Alley gladly exchanged for me yesterday without hesitation. As a regular to The Beauty Base for both treatment and product I’m always treated like a valued customer with a caring and engaging manner always have the greatest of treatments and so want to return.
Got my laser treatment done at this store and I must say I'm really impressed with the results so far! Not to mention the staff are super accomodating and professional, making sure you are comfortable throughout the treatment process. Highly recommend this store
Had the most incredible facial treatment today at the Beauty Base. Have been going here for years but Lauren the beautician was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and it was an exceptional experience. Thank you Lauren 🥰
