Absolutely brilliant service every time. Customer service is wonderful and I always feel like a valued customer. The laser therapy has worked wonders and never had an issue post visit even with my sensitive skin.
Very gentle & soft spoken which made me relaxed through the whole laser hair removal process. Also very thorough with their coverage. They often have specials also which make the price extremely competitive.
As a speaker I’m always in front of crowds so this is the third time I have received a treatment at the beauty base. As a man I cannot say enough good things about them! Last time I was taken care of by Lauren who is so nice to work with and goes out of her way to make everything perfect. I also bought some products and one of them was not working well which Alley gladly exchanged for me yesterday without hesitation.
