From the moment I arrived, the staff was quite rude and unprofessional. The person attending to me seemed irritated and disinterested in assisting me properly. When I tried to explain my requirements and preferences, she pretended not to understand what I was saying and responded with unrelated answers. As a speaker I’m always in front of crowds so this is the third time I have received a treatment at the beauty base. As a man I cannot say enough good things about them! Last time I was taken care of by Lauren who is so nice to work with and goes out of her way to make everything perfect. I also bought some products and one of them was not working well which Alley gladly exchanged for me yesterday without hesitation. I wish "the staff couldn't possibly be more helpful or nice" and "the service they offer is by far the best" weren't overused clichés which lose their meaning, because they definitely apply here. They're always happy to see me (and they remember most of their regular visitors!). They're always running on time. They always do a very good job. "I cannot recommend this place highly enough" is another of those overused clichés, but I don't care. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for the services they offer.
I went in for a Brazilian laser hair removal. The lady who did it was very friendly, calm and professional. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time.I really felt valued as a customer and I recommend the Beauty Base 💯
Got my laser treatment done at this store and I must say I'm really impressed with the results so far! Not to mention the staff are super accomodating and professional, making sure you are comfortable throughout the treatment process. Highly recommend this store
