If I could give no stars I would. I have been coming here since they opened and never had a problem till today. I didn’t say anything at the time as I was in shock but also at the same time what could she have done to fix it? She had completely butchered my eyebrows without even asking me if I wanted a complete shape change. PLATINUM PERFECTION I had the Platinum Luxury Facial and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more relaxed. The whole experience was professional, calming, and beautifully done from start to finish. I had the lovely Jess at Glenmore Park. Great info and service selection for my skin including products to help at home for improving my skin. Very professional and friendly. Felt 💯 relaxed and skin tingling from my Power Peel after and still today! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is an absolutely amazing salon, I am so glad I found this gem! I have been twice now for a brow wax, one with Ashley and one with Jess, both ladies were so kind and easy to talk to. Both of them listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. All the other ladies in the salon are also lovely. I highly highly recommend The Beauty Base 😊
