I had a telephone appointment with the lady who did my tax. She asked me the questions and I gave her the details. She told me that I would be getting $6000 back . That was music to my ears. I have been struggling financially all year. I must admit I cried when she told me how much I would be getting. So imagine my surprise when it was $2000 less. I thought that she would have known how much I would receive give or take a $100.00. So yes I was disappointed
