Fantastic experience, customer service and clinical advice. Like many people, I dread the dentist. Dr Zhi was a kind, professional empathetic and very down to earth dentist. I’m a Bit nervous of Dentists but Dr Wall was great. Putting me at ease, explaining everything in detail. Gentle and professional. Fantastic best Dentist I’ve attended.
The appointment booking process was easy and the dentist was great at making me feel comfortable and talking through everything that she was doing. They also takes pictures of all your teeth and show you why they need to do extra work which made me feel at ease.
