All the girls at the front reception were lovely and dr zi was gentle and caring and explained everything. It was my first time there and not so nervous about my next visit. I have had very bad past experiences with other dentist so haven't been to a dentist in a long time.
I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Waters! She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure I understood the different treatment options and what to expect. Her bedside manner was outstanding—she was kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire appointment. I was not looking forward to my dental appointment and in entering TC Smiles was expecting to find a stark white clinical waiting room of old. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely spacious waiting room with big squashy armchairs. Dr. Zi was warm welcoming and the gentlest dentist I have encountered in my 64 years. She kindly relieved me of any anxieties allowing short breaks to compose myself during the treatment if necessary. It's been a long time since I went to the dentist and I went for a cracked tooth. The receptionist was super friendly and caring and so was Dr Wall explaining the procedure every step of the way. I will return for more work and have recommended the clinic to my sons. Very comfy reception chairs while you wait and very spacious, nice touch!
Dr Zi was very lovely and extremely patient. I have very sensitive teeth and a very bad gag reflex, not to mention I was very nervous, but Dr Zi made me feel safe and relaxed. Also, thank you to the office staff (Wendy) for being so friendly and welcoming.
