From Reception staff, my Dentist Zi and Brenda my Dental hygienist were all lovely on my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the next level quality of care. I learnt how to use picksters correctly, photos detailed my teeth at my pre clean condition. A Mouth cancer and tongue check, no one has been so thorough in my 62 years. Great communication, vision board and clear advice and explanations. Finishing with a hot face towel, wow who else does that?
My appointment with Dr. Waters was great! I’ve had been putting off an appointment because I know there’s some work I need doing, but my experience at TC Smiles made me feel very comfortable and helped me come up with a plan to split up the sessions so it would be more manageable for me financially. Dr. Waters took me through some great preventative measures and we discussed dental health at a holistic approach, it was informative and educational. Thank you TC Smiles. I looked forward to my next appointment.
It’s hard to switch dentists when you find someone you truly click with, and Dr. Zi Sun is absolutely that person for me. She is genuinely the best. Always makes me feel comfortable, has such a warm approach, I could not recommend her enough. I always end up having a laugh with her, which says a lot about how at ease she makes you feel in the chair! Great reception area, makes you feel at ease as soon as you entry the clinic. Friendly, helpful front of house staff. Dr. Zi Lin Sun was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing every step - so I knew what to expect. Overall a excellent first visit to TC Smiles. Gary
A truly fantastic experience today for my first appointment with Dr Waters. An exceptionally kind, professional and empathetic dentist who took the time to explain the process and continually made sure that I was okay, comfortable and understood the procedure.
