I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Waters! She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure I understood the different treatment options and what to expect. Dr Zi was very lovely and extremely patient. I have very sensitive teeth and a very bad gag reflex, not to mention I was very nervous, but Dr Zi made me feel safe and relaxed. Also, thank you to the office staff (Wendy) for being so friendly and welcoming.
I was not looking forward to my dental appointment and in entering TC Smiles was expecting to find a stark white clinical waiting room of old. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely spacious waiting room with big squashy armchairs. Dr. Zi was warm welcoming and the gentlest dentist I have encountered in my 64 years. It's been a long time since I went to the dentist and I went for a cracked tooth. The receptionist was super friendly and caring and so was Dr Wall explaining the procedure every step of the way. I will return for more work and have recommended the clinic to my sons. Very comfy reception chairs while you wait and very spacious, nice touch!
I recently began seeing Dr Zi at TC Smiles. She is wonderful! So friendly and compassionate and extremely thorough. I only wish I had found her sooner. I'm booking the whole family in to see her. Thanks Dr Zi.
