I had a great experience at Tan Hands with Ribish. He was always welcoming and communicated effectively to help me understand the cause of my lower back pain and the solution. Adrian is a legend. Had a consultation session with him for my (runners) knee which I've been battling for months and he conducted some thorough assessments to tell me what my causes are and treatments moving forward which helped put my uncertainty to rest - well skilled and knowledgable. Best of all, he's good for a chat while it's all happening! Recommended by my brother and I can see why.
Since I did my back in last August, my physiotherapist has been with me till today, his treatment from the first session relieved me a lot of pain and after a few more sessions I was able to walk without difficulty. The last few appointments he has shown me several exercises to do at home, especially working on the thighs which in turn will strengthen my back muscles and avoid the type of injury that occurred and hopefully any other injury. Great first visit with Adrian. I’ve been to many physio clinics with varying experiences. But I feel Adrian has a good all round attitude to physical health, empowers you to do realistic and achievable exercises, and explains things clearly. Can recommend.
