I normally attend with Derek Tan but this applies equally to his assistants who have treated me from time to time. I always find I am treated with respect, my questions are always welcomed and answered in easily understood terms. The treatment is as effective as my body will allow. There is no hint of overservicing, and I am provided with workable ideas for managing the various issues that result from previous physically challenging military work life and general lifestyle.

I came in suffering from knee, heel, and back pain, and after just two sessions, I am already feeling so much better. He is highly skilled and professional. If you are looking for an effective physiotherapist, I cannot recommend him enough!

Derek at Tan Hands is incredible. I have been going to Physio sessions with Derek for my knee for almost a year. He has the amazing ability to find the source of the problem and work on that. The improvement is always 100pc when I walk out his clinic! His approach is consultative and empathetic, and recommends exercises to strengthen and improve, and those to avoid.
