I had a great experience at Tanhands Physiotherapy with James. From the first session, he really took the time to understand what I was feeling instead of just giving generic advice. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and explained everything in a way that made sense. The treatment plan he gave me was practical and tailored to what I actually needed. Since I did my back in last August, my physiotherapist has been with me till today, his treatment from the first session relieved me a lot of pain and after a few more sessions I was able to walk without difficulty. The last few appointments he has shown me several exercises to do at home, especially working on the thighs which in turn will strengthen my back muscles and avoid the type of injury that occurred and hopefully any other injury. We have had a great experience. Ribsy has been very supportive and helped my son recover and strengthen his arm after his fracture. The exercises were quite good and were tailored as per his requirement and helped him get back to his sports routine quite well. Highly recommend and really good with kids.
