Derek at Tan Hands is incredible. I have been going to Physio sessions with Derek for my knee for almost a year. He has the amazing ability to find the source of the problem and work on that. The improvement is always 100pc when I walk out his clinic! His approach is consultative and empathetic, and recommends exercises to strengthen and improve, and those to avoid. We've been going to Tan Hands for many years. Derek and his team have always been professional with me, my parents and our kids. They show a thorough understanding of how the body is interconnected, and communicate this well so we can apply the knowledge in our rehab. The focus is on pressure point type therapy and "homework" exercises. Always our first choice for physio!
ANSON – My physiotherapist was truly outstanding. He took the time to really understand my condition, worked carefully on the affected areas, and provided clear exercises and massage tips. I’m already feeling much better and looking forward to my next session on Friday. Highly recommend!
