Initial contact, Receptionist Dee was very efficient and informative in providing me with information I needed. Owner Craig was very friendly on the phone and at the shop, efficient in providing me with options of product and information I needed. Manner on the phone reassured me to followup with Craig to fo bsiness with him.Supply of product was of a high standard, timely and prompt for my needs. Staff I met there were friendly. I was pleased to see numerous varied display of product in shop showroom.
