Wonderful professional service. Anything that needed modifying was done with excellent results. Nothing was a problem for Eden and Shalvin. They carried out their work with perfection. The team turned up earlier on the day than expected but that was okay as we were home i.e, turned up around 7:30 am when we were not expecting them until lunch/ afternoon. However they did call before arriving. I had a quick chat with them about a couple of important points mainly advising that the cladding cannot support any wait and what I proposed to be added I.e., some additional timber support inside the wall once the duct hole was cut, as previously discussed with Peter Vardas. The two technicians that attended were awesome! They were extremely thorough and courteous and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after they had finished and the rangehood now looks as good as new.

The two tradesmen arrived on time and spent the next 4 hours installing my new Whispair range hood. They were courteous hard working, and they left the kitchen spotless, removing all the packaging and rubbish. The range hood was tested and pronounced to be working as per specification, controls were explained to my wife and the job was completed to our satisfaction.
