From start to finish, my experience with super easy storage was mostly good. Ben is easy to deal with and friendly a good spokesperson and front person for the business, the office girl, on the other hand is unpleasant, rude and looks like she doesn't want to be there helping people in general. Super Easy Storage has reasonably priced storage rates The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the two days notice you have to give to access your storage, and the office girl.

Very punctual, friendly and professional. They took the utmost pride in arranging my furniture into the storage units And same courtesy when delivering them back after a period of 11 months in storage located at Gnangara Warehouse. Super Easy storage had our household contents for 18 months. Great customer service from collection in June 2023 to delivery in November 2024. Everything delivered intact, and not a thing a thing damaged. Excellent prompt communication from Deb in the office. Great work from the team on the truck. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Very good service. Stuff is well looked after. Team are lovely to deal with. Overall I recommend as a good cheap storage option. They did stuff up one thing when we were moving house but went out of their way to fix it and opened a whole other office on a day not usually open just to fix it.
