At no point in my dealings with this lot was I ever advised of a redelivery fee. I called to enquire initially and booked on the spot. I made it clear i wanted a total cost for 1 month. One would assume that meant I wanted to know EVERY cost involved. But no not this lot. They gave me a price for pick up and storage only.
