Do not recommend. I was told verbally over the phone that delivery was free. When it was time to move, they denied ever saying that. They also require two business days’ notice just to access your own belongings, which is ridiculous. I gave them the full two business days and they still refused access. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Terrible misrepresentation of their services and costs related thereto Was verbally advised over the phone that the removal service they would be providing would be at a fixed agreed upon price. Only later I discover that they are charging me for extra hours outside of hours they themselves had estimated at $100 per hour per removal guy which is in the signed contract apparently. Contract was not looked at so I accept blame for it but after being assured of a fix price with ho hidden costs or tricks and there you have it. ... read more
Feeling pretty lucky to be one of the first to find these folks. They’ve just started here in Melb and are doing some awesome prices with quality service.
Location is not what they say on there directions. Very dicey place. The person running it has no personality and will never go there again. Tries to make the presentation of items look nice for photos by wrapping them up himself.
