Too focused on personalised service and securing a booking that they overlooked whether they could best fulfil my needs - just an FYI this is not a typical pod service which I had expressed multiple times I was interested in: drop off pod service, pack in my own time, company pick up when ready, they do not offer this. They are truly our go-to storage partner — consistently reliable, easy to work with, and always willing to go above and beyond. Their support saves us both time and money, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
This company offers an excellent service. Collected furniture for storage, arrived with the storage locker on the truck, loaded by them - smoothly and carefully using protective covers - left me with the padlock keys. Returned just as easily. Quite reasonable rates for collection, loading, storage and return. I highly recommend this company.
Horrible service. Do yourself a favour and go to Kennards self storage, 4 minutes away. We couldn’t get access to the driveway to enter after a 7 hour drive and they refused to give our money back even though it was there fault we couldn’t access. Staff were also very rude and unapologetic. You’ll see they said I only had to wait 5 minutes. It was a lot longer, and they wanted us to leave all of our stuff on the side of the road. Dude is a liar.
