Michelle did an amazing job in handling the sale of my home. Everything went so smoothly and on time. So grateful for all that she did.
The team was responsive and made the process easy. They gave clear instructions about what was needed and allowed plenty of time to get all the documents in order.

We had a good positive experience and were kept up to date throughout the process, apart from the reason why our settlement was delayed - our sales agent advised us instead. The only negative was not being told that a fee of $100 would apply for Sunstate to apply for the ATO foreign resident certificate, which we could have done ourselves if we were aware that we could reduce our expenses, which went up due to the settlement extension!
