Very Unprofessional never trust the company a bunch thugs there specially jimmy they are responsive until they are not paid. After payment they disappear installed my solar 2 years ago and it has not worked since they don’t response to my messages the other day my inverted caught a fire for no reason nearly burned my house lucky I was home and saw it. You can see photos of my messages no response from Jimmy he is one of the top management there. You can see now it’s all turn off the inverter is burned
My experience with Sunpower solar solutions has been first class, the sales engineer was informative without being pushy. Although not being the cheapest I bought because the quality of materials and the fact they inspect my system same day when i inquired and that was impressed . The warranties are excellent. The installers were on time very neat in doing the work and friendly. They explained how to use the app and how to switch on or off the system if required. An exceptionally professional team providing reliable and efficient service. They exceeded expectations to deliver the ideal system tailored to my needs.
Do not use this company. They are a scam. They took money then never turned up for the job. Won't return phone calls or emails and the office is always closed. The worst company. Have had to contact consumer protection to help deal with them.
Simon is a real professional, easy to talk to and has an exceptionally pleasant personality. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He went the extra mile to provide me with a better upgraded system than what I had on the old house. He was very experienced in what he was doing and expertly resolved some issues that occurred while removing my existing solar system from the old house and reinstalled it on the new house.
