A Bunch of Indians calling from Overseas in Bumfek! Using Australian phone numbers, Salesman has never heard of Darwin! Says He's in Perth! Tells me they have a Whare House here in Adelaide, the address is 30 Levels up in the Main Street ! Like they deliver 30 story's up then distribute from there? Just IDIOTS!

This is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My system broke after 2 weeks and it’s been 6 weeks and going now with no answer as to when my new system will be arriving. None of the staff care about their customers or aftercare/warranty of their products, they are only friendly and efficient when they want to close the sale initially! Very disappointed in this group over a year just to get connected to the grid �������������� Still not working properly we have paid someone to come look at it cost more money wiring was wrong and a fire hazard and was placed in full sun which is a no no that cost more money most off our bill to date is $140 that was after work was done

Be very careful in dealing with this company. We thought we had engaged a leader in the solar field but found them to be a swanky outfit by deceiving, being disorganised, lacking technical knowledge and being unethical. In our case we had a signed contract to install a Sunboost designed 16 panel system on our roof. They turned up unexpected a day early, only installed 14 of the 16 panels because they incorrectly laid out the initial panel rails too high on the roof, broke a tile and finally the system only operated one h... read more

It is disappointing to say the least that my system has been installed for 6 weeks and we have not been able to use it. My contract with sunboost states that it would be installed on the same day, I expected that you would install everything including the net meter on the same day and Sunboost never told me anything different. 6 weeks later still no meter connection. To have a system installed and not being able to use it is in breach of our contract. It is the same as not having it at all. Very poor service :(
