I usually see Rich for treatment, but had an appointment with Tammy last week while he was away. It was my first time meeting Tammy, and she immediately made a great impression with her warm, welcoming personality and professional approach. She quickly identified the issue and treated it effectively, also providing an exercise to support my recovery. I’d definitely recommend Tammy and Rich at Strive.

My daughter and I met with Tammy she was absolutely amazing, very welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable during her physio session. Tammy was able to pinpoint the area, which was causing my daughter discomfort (ACL injury/recovery). I found Tammy to be knowledgeable and she knows her stuff, she explains it in a way my 16-year-old daughter is able to understand and knows what she needs to do to achieve her end goal of being able to play sports again at 100%.
