Is this a virtual or AI strata management company? I sent an email asking them to fix the hole in the ceiling because they damaged the ceiling when they repair the bathroom leakage in my property. The hole has been there 2 months now. This company never responded to my email. I wonder if this company actually exists. Also there is no name in the email. It looks like they don't want anyone to contact them or there is actually no one working in this company. Terrible.
My investment unit is managed by Manuel, and I believe they are newly appointed after the previous strata manager was sacked. The long outstanding issue with my unit is now scheduled to be fixed. Very responsive and prompt! Thank you.
