The team members are very friendly and highly responsive. My strata manager, Manuel Kouhkan, is very kind, helpful, and clearly addresses my concerns promptly. He understands that as new owners, we have many questions about our residence, and he answers our questions with patience. His outstanding service is greatly appreciated.
