I spoke to Elysia Somerfield regarding noise issue late at night with the next door neighbour that have given me many sleepless nights. After listening to my concern, Elysia sent a stern email to the property manager/tenant which resulted in a more peaceful/quiet outcome at night. Elysia was empathetic and very helpful.
The team members are very friendly and highly responsive. My strata manager, Manuel Kouhkan, is very kind, helpful, and clearly addresses my concerns promptly. He understands that as new owners, we have many questions about our residence, and he answers our questions with patience. His outstanding service is greatly appreciated.
