Our plan was managed by this company for over 3 years, with Gary Neville Adamson the plan's strata manager. In my experience I would strongly recommend any prospective clients NOT engage this company, for the following reasons. 1. The company accepted excessive commissions from our building insurance policy of around 30% of the base premium, despite falsely telling the Owner's Corporation (OC) that they received Nothing. I want to extend my congratulations to the strata team from Alexandria, especially Nima and his team, for their professional care and the amazing resolutions they have provided for us here. The fees and prices are very competitive compared to the market rates, considering the quality of service. We have had a variety of building issues, both small and large, and have always received professional advice. The issues have been promptly rectified on every occasion.
SMS managed our strata plan for a number of years and we have recently upgraded to an alternative strata manager. I felt that the SMS strata manager we were dealing with was not well qualified for the job, made a lot of mistakes, antagonised owners, wanted to do the bare minimum. SMS NSW have been wonderful! Easy to communicate with, excellent advice and efficient service. Our Strata Manager Tanya Ercan and Administrator Edith Ruzicka have been absolutely amazing, always going the extra mile to ensure we have been supported in improving our building. Would recommend to anyone!
After a string of sub-par Strata Managers, we were lucky enough to find Tanya at SMS NSW and she's been amazing. Professional, attentive, patient and quick to respond to issues, Tanya's a problem solver with great communication skills. As a direct result, our Strata Committee has changed for the better too.
