I want to extend my congratulations to the strata team from Alexandria, especially Nima and his team, for their professional care and the amazing resolutions they have provided for us here. The fees and prices are very competitive compared to the market rates, considering the quality of service. We have had a variety of building issues, both small and large, and have always received professional advice. The issues have been promptly rectified on every occasion.
SMS managed our strata plan for a number of years and we have recently upgraded to an alternative strata manager. I felt that the SMS strata manager we were dealing with was not well qualified for the job, made a lot of mistakes, antagonised owners, wanted to do the bare minimum. SMS NSW have been wonderful! Easy to communicate with, excellent advice and efficient service. Our Strata Manager Tanya Ercan and Administrator Edith Ruzicka have been absolutely amazing, always going the extra mile to ensure we have been supported in improving our building. Would recommend to anyone!
Absolutely shocking service. When you call, very rarely is someone available to speak with. Make promises but don't do what they say. Don't issue notices for access but then want to charge for lack of attendance with confirmation that they never issued the notice. Absolutely shocking. NCAT here we come.
