Mummy & Me I participated in the Mummy & Me program and highly recommend! Chloe is amazing! Super supportive and informative and I felt completely comfortable starting my postpartum exercise journey with her. A big thanks also to Johanna for this program and for her support! Also can recommend Thai foot massage with Jo as a must do!!

I really enjoyed taking part in the first block of the Mummy & Me program! Such a great variety of exercises over the 6 weeks- Chlo you were an amazing facilitator! The program provided some great resources and education. Although a 4th time Mum, I still learnt a lot! And it was great to get out of the house and mingle with other mums/bubs. So thank you SAPC- another awesome program for our community!
