Warning !!! New clients to SSKB if it’s your first time their policy has very poor support of any services including change of personal details. Not sure what their protection on the same it is. Took them about 8 months to change email address for billing purposes. Requesting for your billing updates and payment change of personal information details as they had it wrong emails etc very poor nothing has taken place and they have put over 1k fees without bothering to send bill on correct email after doing everything and subm... read more

No idea who is giving these guys anything over 1 but definitely not a Strata Manager you want managing your property. Based on the way they manage there responses to the reviews you can get an idea of what it’s like dealing with them. So leaving minimal information.
I agree with the negative reviews. Terrible unresponsive people with a mobile office who just ask for money.They keep demanding payments without providing invoices and with absolutely no proof that a service has been made. Be careful because they especially prey on the elderly. This sort of business should definitely not be operating.
