I have been dealing with the folks at your Tweed Heads office for about 3 years in my capacity of site manager at Royal Terranora..particularly with Traci Miller & Kate Rawnsley. I have found them both always willing to go that bit extra to ensure a good outcome. Both are very knowledgeable in all aspects of strata law and always polite, friendly and most importantly patient. I have been conducting in-person searches of strata plan records at the offices of SSKB (Tweed Heads) and Bundall (Gold Coast) for over 8 years. Traci and Kate from SSKB at Tweed are great. I am on the owners corporation committee for our Strata and these ladies are always very helpful. They run our meetings and their knowledge of all things strata is excellent. I have found them both to be friendly, open, honest and more than happy to share their expertise when needed. If you are looking for competent Strata Managers, I would absolutely recommend SSKB at Tweed to look after you.
trying to get solar installed on my strata unit which requires a fair but given neighbours need to approve, by laws need following etc, and just had the best support from Kate at SSKB Tweed. Timely, insightful, helpful and excellent follow up! Thanks Kate!
