At the recent Vantage View Body Corporate Committee Meeting I was very impressed with our Body Corporate Manager Nicola., in that she was totally across all issues, was very articulate and knowledgeable in her explanations and responses, and her leadership and the manner in which she addressed issues were beyond approach. I really appreciated her style, patience and humility in responding to owners in attendance. We are indeed fortunate to have her as our representative!!
The team at SSKB this week have been amazing in helping me to get some renovation approvals that I needed at short notice. Specifically Tallara, who was amazing .!!! Tallara helped me understand what needed to happen & why. She was kind & compassionate & worked really hard to help me get what I needed in record time.!! I’m so grateful to her..
Strata Managers get a bad rap and are amoungst real estate agents & lawyers whom are all tarred with the same brush. However our community managers (Nicola & Melanie) at SSKB are the best! They geninuely care about getting the best for our complex and have assisted us greatly over the last 4+ years that I have been an owner and on the committee - I can't recommend them more highly.
