I highly recommend Springvale 1 World of Learning. My son attends this centre, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The entire team is warm, caring, and genuinely committed to the children. Tracy, the centre director is incredibly proactive and always take feedback or concerns seriously, responding promptly and professionally. We have been at this service for 2 years we have experienced 5 star service daily. Educators and management are awesome. Especially a thank you to Tracey, friendly professional with her roles highly recommended and appreciated Tracy Branch manager

I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. The management is poor and communication is severely lacking especially when it comes to notifying parents about illnesses spreading in the center. I had to tell a few of the staff, on more than 1 occassion, not to give my child cows milk as she was under 12 months and they didn't seem to know there was anything wrong with it which made me question their training and education. Very efficient educators. Neat and clean environment. Educators always ready to assist. My child always loved to be there with his educators. He was always welcomed. Being from bilingual background I never felt that my child was left behind. Educators helped him and cared for him. Thank you so much for your service and support.

Conveniently located and great staff. My kid loves all the educators there because they actually teach your kids stuff. The staff worked pretty hard to keep the place going when they the management members had a resuffle. Outstanding educators include Taranga, Hoa, Winda, Rosy, Suz and Ajsa.
