I had a problem with pain and swelling in my hand. Two doctors with an xray could shed no light on it. Emily at SportsCare physio had a pretty clear idea of what was and wasn’t going on and has both explained things to me really clearly, and helped reduce the pain while it heals.
Laura has been my masseur for over a year now and she has been fabulous assisting me with some issues I have. Laura creates a lovely soothing space while providing great relief. I highly recommend her services.

I can highly recommend Ruby at SportsCare. She made sure that she had an accurate history of my injury and previous treatment prior to seeing her. She explained everything about the treatment she was recommending and took photos of how to redo my splint myself. She answered all my questions comprehensively.
Emily from the Hand Clinic has been fantastic assisting with various issues such as tennis elbow, tendonitis and trigger finger. She is always professional, empathetic and practical in terms of treatment. The receptionists are always lovely!
