I've been using these guys for years on and off and I've found them very professional. Yesterday I had an issue with my sand filter (Under Warranty) so I called the guys this morning and it was fixed by 1PM today. Thanks Jim, I appreciate the quick service!

I used splashes pools for maintenance and upgrades for years despite the issues I kept giving more and more chances. The staff being sent to my place for the most part were friendly, however some not so much. I alsoI had been advised my many other people in the industry since that splashes should not of been using the chemicals in my pool that they were. Used Splash today bought a nut that screws in the bottom of my cartridge filter which did not fit so I was advised their service man could fit it which he did within a hour or very knowledgeable and nice guy Need some other items for my pool and will definitely go to this company would highly recommend Ianb
I have been going to Splash's pools for years and they continue to give excellent advice. Jason and Kaitlyn are extremely knowledgeable and do what they can to ensure your pool is looking it's best. Yesterday I had a pump installed by Peter. I was extremely appreciative of his expertise and help with the installation. He showed me some things to assist in keeping my filter clean. I would highly recommend this great local business.
