Taso is very knowledgeable and quickly understood my chronic lumbar issues. He released muscle spasms in areas I wouldn't have expected while explaining the relationship of those muscles to other tight and painful areas so I could work on them at home between appointments. I highly recommend Spinal Synergy
After going to many physio's and chiro's over the years, I have finally found Julie. She cares and is more thorough than any other physio I have been to. She doesn't stop until she has found the source of your pain or aches to get your body back in full alignment. I highly recommend Spinal Synergy and Julie Chu
Laura is a fantastic physio, who helped relieve my initial back issue and has given me some great maintenance advice to prevent future issues from occurring. Laura took the time to understand what may have caused the issue, and has great notes to ensure each time I visit this is referred too when needed, and we explore any other issues that have arisen. I have continued my sessions with Laura as a preventative to any further injury.
I have been going to Spinal Synergy Physiotherapy since 2014 after experiencing horrendous physio service from another nearby physio place. I have only praise for Taso and Spinal Synergy Physio, and I will continue to go there until I can't. Thanks for rescuing me from my horrible ex-physio and for keeping my body working. :) xx
Taso is an amazing physio, very caring, thorough and has helped me through issues which I thought would never be relieved. He explains things really well too, which is really helpful.
