We had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Whyte today with purchasing a spa. We found him very knowledgeable on his products, easy to talk to, very welcoming and extremely helpful. He certainly made the purchasing experience very comfortable. Thanks again Steve we look forward to our delivery.

My wife and I have been super impressed with the service from Adelaide spa world with the purchase of a 4.5m swim spa. We have a vortex neon spa. It had a leak. Thanks to John and Mal this has been rectified under our warranty. Their after sales service is brilliant. We have always found Spa World at Glenorchy to be a credible business. We have our water tested frequently and our questions are always answered. If you need a spa buy from this business. I highly recommend!

We bought a spa from Charlie X at Warnerbay after 10 years I would love to buy another spa. But these vortex spas are so good I’ve never had a problem and Charlie’s service till today is perfect After sales service is 2nd to none Thanks Charlie

My experience working with Lisa Marais at Spa World has been positive and reassuring. Lisa wasn't pushy but was really informative and helpful.
