Fantastic centre, new, clean and open reception with extremely helpful staff. It is always so hard to get into a doctor with a suddenly sick child and the urgent care section is fabulous for things that need urgent attention but do not require a hospital! Nurses and Doctors were a great help! This will now be our go to Centre!

Disappointing experience with this GP during my first visit. As a new patient, I expected better communication and care. Unfortunately, the doctor made little effort to understand my concerns or provide any reassurance. While I understand not every issue has an immediate solution, a doctor should at least offer reassurance and guidance. I left the appointment feeling like I had wasted both my time and money.
Having been a patient at this clinic for their bulk billing services over the past decade, I found the service to be adequate at best, far from outstanding. Recently, I decided to visit a non-bulk billing doctor elsewhere and experienced a remarkable improvement in the quality of care. This demonstrated a significant distinction between paid and bulk billing healthcare services. Would not waste your time or money with dr fahimeh ahmadi Booked an appointment, mind you I work night shift and had not slept she showed up to work 45 minutes after my time just to make me wait another 30 minutes before opening her door, she was rude and did not listen to what I was saying wrote a script and sent me on my way. I had a lump that I am concerned about she didn’t look nor care at all. Now it’s 3x larger. The script has made me sick with bleeding. Waited 4 weeks to hear back from her on my results.
