I don't think I have ever had my allotted time with a doctor! They are always rushing me out in a couple of minutes. They don't seem to care. Hardly listen. Don't want to answer any questions. This last time I was referred for a procedure. When I went, the specialist said that procedure wouldn't help and I shouldn't have been referred! I have decided to treat it myself with advice from Google, my Dad and the Pharmacist. All advice and options that were never mentioned by the doctor! We are up here for a holiday and our son gashed his leg on the escalator. We were able to get an app asap and Dr John Leventhorpe was beyond amazing. Our 7 year old said he is the nicest doctor ever. It's a shame he isn't based in our home town. Clean centre, easy parking, and friendly staff. We can now enjoy the rest of our holiday.
This rating is for Dr Mahendra Gangaram. Absolutely shocking. I madre an appointment for 1240pm. I waited over an hour with another 45min wait according to the front desk. I ended up leaving and going to another walk in and it was way faster! Front desk said this always happens with this particular doctor. AVOID unless you want to wait a long time.
Had a 24 Hour Blood Presure Moneter put on my body. Great service, everybody is friendly and helpful, lots of car parking outside or under cover, first 2 hours are free also there is a pharncy on the groud floor. Also the premises are very well keept, clean and tidy
This place has gone to the wall, like many places. No one there but still waited almost 1 hour after appointment time. Then the Doctor told me no bulk billing. What ?????? Its definitely a dying practice and feels like it. Greedy doctors. I have been going since it started ,but probably will go elsewhere now.
