⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Fahimeh is an outstanding GP — extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. My family and I feel very lucky to have found her. She takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and manages a wide range of medical issues with great expertise. We always feel confident and well cared for under her guidance. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff. Clean premises. Our first time as new patients, and Dr John Leventhorpe was patient and understanding. We were not hurried and felt comfortable. He questioned us thoroughly to ensure he had all our details correctly.
Had to book a last-minute doctor’s appointment for my son – scheduled it for 1pm, arrived a little early and we were seen almost straight away. Super easy process, clean clinic, and the staff and doctor were all really friendly. Great experience overall!
Ive been going here for years. Well bwfore the renovations and before it coming what it is now... we stopped going due to the fact The Receptionists are ALWAYS rude, condescending and lack care. Had to go here as last resorts a number of times recently and each time they have been shown very little care for their role. Went in today for an urgent appointment, was told I had to meet a certain criteria but was told she didn't know what thag criteria was and that I had to wait to see the nurse and they'll let me know. The urgent care, care I received at this practice was good By Dr Bhalla. I got answers and was referred back to see a GP to get the appropriate referral for the procedure I needed. I came back the next day and the GP would not listen to my concerns or my medical history. I know my body and have been taking care of it in a way that works well for me. I have not had any complications. I ended up in the ER for a non-issue and still didn’t get my needs addressed. I think bedside manner lacks with the GP I saw and would be happy ... read more
