My daughter got her vaccine today. She is 4 years old so I was really worried how will it all go as she is old enough to know! Dr.Ahmadi was amazing as always prepared us for the vaccine and then we met an amazing nurse who was just the best! The whole experience was really good and I'm so thankful we got through it with full support from the staff! Thank you team!! We wouldn't go anywhere else!
I’ve been seeing Dr Bhatnager for many years and can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s thorough, professional, caring, and always takes the time to listen and explain things properly. It’s reassuring to have a GP who genuinely looks out for his patients. Reception staff are always pleasant and helpful too. Many thanks.
Had blood works ,xray and ultrasound done. All staff were friendly and helpful. The pathologist was very caring when I almost passed out helping me to the floor and making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be using the services again
Nothing but an excellent experience. I was late but fitted me in. My Dr (Bhatnager) is perfect in every way, accomodating my needs, changing scrips as needed, always asking about my welfare, re-referring back to Hosp as needed. Asking about the tests I have had, and results. Some scans he unable to view because it would just be too much to view them all. Gold Coast University regularly updating Dr Bhatnager. depending on severity. He is the most thorough Dr I have ever had in all my medical career of 71 years. T... read more
I was seriously ill and told I would need to wait a week for an appointment to get antibiotics so I endured the whole week of being sick to get a call the day of my appointment saying it had been cancelled. These doctors have never been good doctors but they have been accessible, now they can't even offer that.
