The whole team at SYDG are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They really go above and beyond and are far more thorough than any other dentist I have dealt with. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have the tvs mounted to roof like some other dental offices, this would make the appointments more pleasant and easier to sit through thank you
Friendly staff, great service. Very efficient. I've had virtually no pain; various fillings and a crown. Good coffee shops nearby and the train. Good parking Well done Julija for a friendly front desk and being accomodating with changes.
All the staff are so lovely and professional. The receptionist is always so kind and helpful. Anton the dentist was incredible. He was so patient and answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
I really couldn’t recommend the staff and service at SYDG highly enough. Rachel, my dentist, and Bao, my dental hygienist, are always highly thorough, attentive and I feel genuinely care about my dental health. The clinic’s receptionist is also lovely and welcoming. I leave each visit feeling like my dental health is perfectly in check, which given experiences with other dentist visits across Melbourne, feels increasingly challenging to come by.
Jordan is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I learned so much from him about preventative care. Caring and thorough beyond what I thought was possible, and always has your best interests at heart.
